We are looking for you to provide customers with a first class service so that they feel valued and informed whenever they buy from my client. They have customers all over the world who need to know when their product will be on its way and what happens when it gets there. This involves acknowledging their orders, liaising with the production team, preparing the paperwork, booking the right transport / export logistics and keeping them, and the rest of the team, informed on the progress. All products are manufactured in-house and also exported from the Swansea location and this part of the business is growing, which is where you come in, to make sure that every customer feels valued and receives excellent service. Working with a small dedicated manufacturing team and liaising with remote teams in the UK and Europe there is also potential growth within this role. The days of work will be Monday - Thursday (A Friday off - for now) Hours will be 25 within the week to be worked between 7:30am and 4:30pm This role can and possibly will become a more full time role as the company becomes busier but for now and the next 12 months it will be 25 hours per week.
