Summary We?re looking for a Programming & Partnerships Officer to join our busy and friendly team at Charterhouse which sits within the North Warwickshire Portfolio. This exciting opportunity will provide exceptional experiences to our visitors and partners through the delivery of accessible and creative programming. What it?s like to work here Reporting to the Experience and Visitor Programming Manager, you?ll be working in a team of six, at Charterhouse. You?ll be onsite every day to support the day to day running of Charterhouse. You will join a community of people who love what they do, care about people and places with a passion to share the stories they hold in creative ways. You?ll work closely with the property team to deliver a brilliant visitor experience for visitors to Charterhouse. What you?ll be doing Together with your team, you?ll be devising and running a programme of events and activities with partnerships at their heart. You?ll be focussed on building local partnerships with community groups, and you?ll lead on activities that are being run by these partner organisations. As well as planning and organising a programme of events and exhibitions to run in all the places covered by your role, you?ll be linking these events to the places themselves to make sure they?re both relevant and appealing to people. You?ll be responsible for some budgets and will be supervising volunteers and you will support the duty management of Charterhouse on a rota basis. As a duty manager, you?ll be responsible on the day for the smooth running of the property during opening hours, acting as the main contact point for staff, volunteers, and customers in case of emergency, enquiry or complaint.
