As a member of the Technical Support Team, you will play a vital role in addressing a variety of complex support cases and supporting the first line team. Utilising your technical expertise, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, ensuring that clients receive prompt and effective solutions. Requirements The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience in a similar role within a Managed Service Provider environment. Proficient in Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications and managed firewalls. Experience with on premise Microsoft server environment would be desirable.
