AES Compliance & Testing Ltd are best known for air tightness testing in the new build sector, we also offer other on-site servces including sound insulation testing, ventilation testing, Veritherm and thermography surveys in the residential, non-residential and existing building sector. Everybody is happy to pull together" - Kevin H, Air Tightness Test Engineer, August 2024 Key Accountabilities: Always display a professional attitude demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients Travel to construction sites and existing buildings, carrying out air tightness tests in conjunction with building regulations Focus on tasks assigned and manage workload effectively and independently Be an active member of the team, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge Take a proactive approach to learning and development Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to cover Plymouth and surrounding areas. Be an experienced Air Tightness Testing Engineer, with an ATTMA level 1 qualification or equivalent Hold a full/clean driving license Roles and responsibilities may vary and may be subject to change.
