Start Date: April 2024 Salary: 12 per hour plus performance bonus ( 25, 398pa OTE) Location: Working from home - Must live commutable distance to Sunderland Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week 4 Week Rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays! This could be anything from account balances, transaction history, account setup, and general account maintenance. You may also have to address customer concerns complaints and try to resolve these for the customers.
