You may also need to visit client sites to perform calibration activities. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining and monitoring the performance and capabilities of laboratory equipment to ensure compliance. Following documented procedures and working within agreed timescales to meet client deadlines. Liaising with customers to provide efficient and accurate responses to all communications, ensuring high customer service levels.
