The Role: Our dedicated administrators, planners, and coordinators are the backbone of our operations?ensuring everything runs smoothly, no matter where we?re working or what the weather brings. Here are some of the activities you will be involved in? Managing and maintaining information systems to capture and report accurate data within set timelines. Handling queries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when needed. Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies and procedures. Carrying out a variety of general office administration tasks to support the team. We would love to hear from you if? You have previous administration experience who can work efficiently, stay organised, and pay close attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, are essential for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also important, as you?ll be working closely with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. The ability to build strong professional relationships and communicate clearly will help you succeed in this role. Additionally, we need someone who is proactive and can effectively prioritise tasks while solving problems as they arise.
