The difference you will make as a Customer Communication Assistant You will support the Customer Communications team and other team members in the delivery of a wide range of tasks including coordinating print, production and distribution of customer communications material, managing the production and supply of branded merchandise, working with external suppliers, supporting the team in all aspects of customer communications activity and support. In addition to supporting on campaigns, day-today communications support, you will also manage purchasing and financial reconciliation tasks as well as help to maintain the team?s digital asset management system About you We are looking for someone with Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience engaging with an arrange of stakeholders internally and externally Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness Experience preparing meeting notes and documentation for senior stakeholders Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/SharePoint/Teams Why Riverside? Role Profile Manage and maintain the Group wide corporate print asset store including the reconciliation of job numbers and the co-ordination of stock levels to support colleague self-service. Support the team in maintaining the online digital asset library including photography, graphics and templates for everyday items to support colleague self-service. Ensure that all the necessary permissions are in place for all digital assets managed by the team, whether wholly owned or licensed. Support the team in the commissioning of photography for Riverside use and the sourcing of generic images from online photo libraries and photographers. Support the team in the commissioning of video production, including the planning and coordination of video shoots. Proof reading artwork, to agreed communications standards and brand guidelines. Support the rollout and implementation of the brand and TOV guidelines. Support consultation delivery of our Corporate Strategy. Maintaining the Group wide merchandise store, reviewing and managing stock levels and commissioning new products as and when required.
