About you: We are looking for a Support Agent who is passionate about software and its potential to move organisations forward through innovation. Day-to-day, you will: ? Answer helpdesk correspondence ? Investigate and troubleshoot errors reported by customers ? Raise issues or bugs via internal tools to the developers ? Set up customer add ons and integrations ? Import data (bookings and databases) Your skills and experiences might also include: ? Customer facing experience in hospitality environment at management/senior operations level ? Customer focus and ability to problem solve and empathise with customer frustrations ? Strong written and oral communication skills ? Ability to grasp technical concepts and new product functionality quickly What are we all about?
