To support us, we?re looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for ensuring we deliver the right change, at the right time, in the right way, to drive value for our business and deliver against our MTP commitments. Here?s a taste of what you?ll be doing: Coordinating and managing multiple initiatives within the Debt Transformation programme, driving and leading on individual initiatives as necessary. Defining programme scope and objectives, working with Transformation Leads to ensure individual initiatives align to overall debt strategy and deliver great outcomes commercially and for the customer. Identifying risks and issues, developing actions to mitigate risks and respond to issues, ensuring these are flagged and escalated where appropriate. Monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress of overall programme of work, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Identifying conflicting priorities and working with the wider business to resolve these and find a way forward. Building excellent relationships with operational, product and PMO teams to ensure change is scoped, coordinated and delivered in the best way possible. Chairing the change forum - overseeing new initiative requests and ensuring we develop initiatives that bring value to the business and our customers. Are we the perfect match? A proven programme manager with experience of driving change in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. Highly collaborative and able to build relationships, working across different business areas. Strong stakeholder management skills. A great communicator and super organised. Commercially aware. Great at solving problems and negotiating, influencing and building consensus among stakeholders. It would be great if you had: Debt Management / Credit Operations knowledge & experience.
