About the Role As a Field Sales Support Executive, you will: Build Relationships: Foster trusted, long-term partnerships with existing clients to drive sales and business growth. Maximise Opportunities: Create engaging product displays, monitor stock levels, and identify sales trends. Drive Sales: Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to plan promotions, forecast trends, and achieve monthly targets. Deliver Training: Provide product knowledge and troubleshooting support to retail staff and customers. Market Research: Stay informed about emerging trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product development. Customer Communication: Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
