They are currently looking to add a new Service Engineer within their Field Service Engineering team based in Essex / Kent after a continued period of sustained growth. If you have any field-based Engineer/Technician or have previous hands-on experience/qualifications within electrical, plumbing or even beer dispensary, drinks, and white goods then this could be the ideal role for you. IMPORTANT: A company Van will be provided - please note all applicants must have a full drivers license due to the nature of this role. Job Title: Service Engineer Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Competitive to be disclosed by the agency Role Type : Full - Time Permanent Location: Essex / Kent Role Description Investigate technical issues and resolve along with realising opportunities appropriate to the business needs of the specific customer Install, maintain and survey dispense systems Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation Complete paperwork accurately and on time Provide support required for internal and external customers Be able to manage tight deadlines for physical and administrative aspects of the role Service levels to customer lead-times and KPIs Desirable Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role relating to electrical, plumbing or beer dispensary, drinks, and white goods. Experience in working out on the road from a van or car Good customer relationship skills Flexible approach to working hours and days Able to work under pressure Have good problem-solving acumen Ale to both work independently and also as part of a team
