Timber Frame to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Vistry Works East Midlands factory in Coalville. As our Future Talent Partner ? Timber Frame, you will lead and manage the talent and development pipeline for the ?Timber Frame Installer? Trainee programme. The role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, qualification oversight, programme management and pastoral care for trainees. This is a brand new position which will help shape an industry leading Trainee programme. Work collaboratively with regional HRBP?s to inform and enhance succession planning processes and ideas, helping to encourage a culture where future successors are empowered and supported to reach their full potential. Help to embed the organizational values and ethos with organized employee focus groups and collaborative activities Design and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for timber frame apprentices and trainees, ensuring inclusivity and alignment with Vistry?s diversity strategy. Collaborate with the existing Future Talent Partners to develop outreach strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including collaboration with schools, colleges, and communities. Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies. Support the collation of reporting and monitoring. Support careers events, raising the profile of Vistry and supporting career development opportunities. Nurture a diverse talent pool from work placement initiatives feeding into FT programmes (entry routes). Support the development of both internal and external Future Talent case studies, videos and other materials to support key themed events such as for National Apprenticeship Week or National Careers Week. Oversee the apprentices? and trainees? progress throughout their qualifications, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and successful completion. Liaise with training providers and educational institutions, to ensure high-quality program design and delivery. Regularly review and update program content to meet evolving business needs and industry standards. Develop guides and tools for the business and supply chain, so they can support Future Talent. Holistic end to end programme management of the Timber Frame talent programme, from inception to execution. Act as the primary business partner for stakeholders at the Leicester Factory, including team leads, managers, and factory staff, to ensure smooth integration of trainees both on and off-site.
