We are currently recruiting for a Global Product Manager based in Birmingham who will be responsible for developing and executing the global product strategy, working closely with regional product marketing managers and leading a team of product owners. Location: Birmingham Length: Permanent, full-time Environment: 50% hybrid working Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a clear, compelling product vision and roadmap Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectives Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through product innovations Lead and mentor a team of product owners, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Establish clear goals and KPIs for the product team, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch Demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge to effectively communicate with engineering teams Key Experience: Deep understanding of SaaS product management principles and best practices Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management Familiarity with workplace management solutions and related technologies Knowledge of global markets and ability to adapt strategies for different regions Understanding of SaaS business models, metrics and growth strategies InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
