Key Responsibilities: Develop the Group Internal Audit Plan in conjunction with the Group Risk & Audit Director Lead internal audits, manage their delivery and and coordinate with key internal audit stakeholders and update Senior Manager Follow up on internal audit actions and report on the outcomes for the Audit Committee Facilitate risk workshops with Divisional and Group Functions leadership teams to identify, assess and manage organisational risks, ensuring alignment with the group?s strategic goals. Oversee the maintenance and update all risk registers within the group, ensuring they are regularly reviewed, they assess key risks, and they are aligned with the Group?s risk management framework The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: - Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors certification or a full CCAB qualification (eg. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Good level of experience in either External or Internal Audit within a professional audit and assurance team either within public practice or industry Able to demonstrate the ability to work proactively, using initiative and managing time well.
