As the HR Delivery Lead at SGN you will have accountability for overseeing the overall service delivery and transformation of all HR Business Services Centre activities, including overseeing and managing a team responsible for delivering HR services. You will collaborate with the Business Services Director and the HR colleagues to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives, driving process improvements and transformation, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. How you?ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm? Lead the HR Service teams within the BSC organisation, overseeing in-scope HR processes Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for HR services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and monitor KPIs for HR Business Support Centre Manage a team of HR professionals, providing leadership, guidance and support for day-to-day operations Liaise with leads across processes, functions and wider business, and manage relationships through effective and clear communication and process delivery Work with the SGN Leadership Team (LT) to shape and transform HR Business Support Centre for the future, aligned to business objectives Work in partnership with the business to define, develop and implement the HR Business Support Centre strategy Influence decisions with the Business Support Centre and drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring process optimisation and standardisation by championing the use of technology Build and manage a high performing HR Business Support Centre by providing leadership, vision and career development Develop and implement a plan to deliver more efficient financial performance of the HR Business Support Centre organisation on a year-on-year basis, positively impacting SGN?s P&L on an ongoing basis Champion the HR BSC capability within the SGN LT and grow its portfolio What you?ll need Proven experience Service Delivery, Service Management and Business Support Centre as well as knowledge of best practices Demonstratable experience of managing transition of Shared Service processes Excellent knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Oracle, Cornerstone), HR technologies and enabling tools alongside experience in Process Management and Improvement Experience in People Management and team leadership as well as experience in communication and influencing with ability to partner, influence, challenge and negotiate Project, Change and Vendor Management experience is essential We would prefer if you had relevant industry experience.
