In this role you will be accountable for defining the digital proposition and the customer experience for Personal Banking Products. You will take ownership for and lead on the digital customer experience as well as the prioritisation of change and execution through digital product owners and the design and digital operations teams. And always you?ll understand cost, benefit and regulation as you make those decisions. What you?ll be doing Lead the ongoing development of the customer facing onboarding and digital service journeys Development of digital acquisition capabilities, including the ongoing development and improvement of customer facing acquisition platforms Development of digital servicing proposition & capabilities, including the ongoing development of customer-facing IT platforms Drive digital customer engagement, across all facets of the proposition (acquisition, servicing, deepening) to increase customers usage of digital channels and digital tools Work closely with Personal Banking Leadership Team to ensure alignment of product and propositional development in order to optimise achievement of strategic outcomes Work closely with Operations and Stores to ensure clear alignment of the role that human-led support plays in the digital proposition Management of web brochureware and design change priorities and deployment within Personal Banking and project budgets, responding to and prioritising demand from across the enterprise We need you to have Good commercial judgement Highly skilled in the identification, prioritisation and delivery, of change alongside being able to articulate its commercial and/or CX benefit A strong understanding of how customers interact with and experience digital channels Proven experience working in or around IT development Expertise in creating, mobilising & delivering improvements in business performance - at pace Ability to convert business strategy into digital priorities and requirements for business segments and then change delivery teams It?s a bonus if you have but not essential Knowledge and experience of working in or with multiple Banking operations/channels Experience of operational business management including managing a cost centre Business Degree or significant financial services experience preferably within a Retail or Business Bank Red Hot Rewards Generous holidays - 38.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays and prorated if Part?Time) plus the option to buy more Up to five extra paid well-being days per year 20 weeks paid, gender-neutral family leave (52 weeks in total) for expectant parents and those looking to adopt Market-leading pension Free private medical cover, income protection and life assurance Flexible benefits include Cycle to Work, wellness and health assessments, and critical illness And there?s no waiting around, you?ll enjoy these benefits from day one.
