The difference you will make as a People Advice Team Leader Reporting to the People Advice and Policy Manager our Advice Team Leader you will be: Leading and supporting a team of Employee Relations Advisors, ensuring high-quality, consistent advice and support across the organisation. Managing and overseeing the response to employment tribunal cases, working closely with legal advisors and internal stakeholders. Designing and delivering training sessions for managers, building their confidence and capability in handling ER issues. Providing expert guidance on a broad range of ER matters including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and absence. Driving continuous improvement in advice procedures, and practices. About You We are looking for someone who has: Extensive employment law knowledge with up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to the whole employee lifecycle Demonstrated experience of leading the provision of ER advice in a busy people function Extensive experience of successfully dealing with complex cases and advising leaders and resolving people related issues including Employment Tribunals. CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent, or working towards Ability to understand and analyse people metrics, including casework and Employment Tribunal outcomes and able to develop action plans to address areas for improvement. Evidence of effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation, including the ability to successfully persuade and influence others. Why Riverside?
