Based at the Service?s Headquarters, you will support the People Services Manager in providing customer-focused, timely, comprehensive and pragmatic advice and support to employees and managers in line with service policies, procedures and legal requirements. You will be CIPD qualified and will have a good understanding of the importance of sound recruitment, selection and retention strategies to ensure organisational effectiveness.
