The Strategic Accounts & Services team at Willmott Dixon are seeking a Performance Coordinator to look after a geographical area predominately covering the Midlands, based in our office in Nottingham for 3 days per week & 2 days from home. Our frameworks are managed nationally and delivered locally and allow our customers to focus on what is right for them, their communities and stakeholders, rather than lengthy, costly procurement processes. Primarily the role will lead on all framework compliance, KPI information as well as analysing and reporting on the data so you will hold a key role in ensuring that Willmott Dixon pass the framework criteria. 65% of Wilmott Dixon?s customers in England & Wales use frameworks and you will be creating performance reports for National Account Managers. These reports will demonstrate to our framework providers to how we achieve performance contractual measures whilst working with regional teams to ensure compliance with our centrally managed accounts/frameworks to ensure that the data reported is accurately collected. You will also be responsible for managing the KPI reporting platform at national level, to ensure project data is reported on time and in compliance with each framework. This will include responsibility for reporting on performance data for National Framework managers, framework providers and framework teams to include producing, updating and issuing monthly dashboards. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that the framework data reported is accurately updated, analysed & within required timeframes Collating performance data for regional and national bid submissions as required Initiating ideas for new development and improvements to the internal software & systems and raising errors and queries with the developers. Working closely with project and framework teams to maximise performance scores and initiating ideas to drive performance improvement across all projects Ensure compliance with framework requirements as set out in framework agreements Work together with the component leads of Willmott Dixon internal software to continually improve and update the system, whilst constantly looking for areas of automating data from other areas of the system and business Providing support in producing performance marketing literature and creating performance guides and KPI best practice guides Training our people on Willmott Dixon?s internal software, including using the system effectively and demonstrating the benefits of data capture for the business Supporting the team to complete audits in line with framework agreement as required Supporting Project Leads with monthly KPI submissions Approving monthly project submissions General housekeeping of internal software & systems to include creating new users and setting up new projects for data collection Support framework team to complete audits in line with framework agreement Providing performance dashboards to LCO teams to identify areas to improve in future submissions Essential & Desirable Criteria Essential Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Proactive approach to customer service Proven experience of using Microsoft Office and other packages for the collation of data Have a proven ability to communicate to people at all levels of an organisation Good level of education, including Maths & English (both written and spoken) Using Microsoft suite of Office programmes; including Word, Excel, Outlook.
