Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Performance Reporting Analyst Leeds We are looking for a dedicated Performance Reporting Analyst to join our team in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone working towards their accountancy qualification with previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a consultancy. You will be responsible for delivering quality Performance Reporting collaborating with stakeholders across the Group, and supporting data testing and implementation of reporting tools. Your new role Support in the delivery of the monthly and quarterly International management result to Group including deep dive analysis on key reporting areas, working closely across the business to understand the key drivers and emerging trends Support in the production of the monthly/quarterly performance exhibits to key stakeholders across the Group Ad Hoc deep dive analytics of key performance metrics to support the latest reforecasts Deliver quality reports by analysing and testing data, escalating issues as required to troubleshoot errors and ensure valid information Collaborate with key stakeholders to document and deliver ad-hoc data needs as well as special projects Provide effective customer service by analysing trends and communicating with internal key stakeholders to clarify customer goals and ensure alignment with business objectives Participate in the implementation of reporting tools by monitoring industry trends and best practices Provide support in data testing and become a subject matter expert on appropriate new tools for specialized data projects About you Ability to review and propose improvements to existing processes as well creating and implementing new processes Highly motivated with ability to work very well in a team or independently, consulting and involving others appropriately in the wider function and business Assume a methodical approach to problem-solve and evaluate complex data Strong Excel skills Working toward your accountancy qualification or qualified by experience Experience in working within an insurance or regulated environment would be beneficial Why QBE?
