About the role We have an exciting 12- month fixed term contract opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our Data Engineering team within the Chief Data Office. The Practice Manager will be instrumental in leading the People agenda and will be responsible for maintaining a highly skilled and motivated workforce with an emphasis on Talent Management Development and Coaching to ensure people are engaged and performing at their optimal level. The person in post will define goals and objectives for a large team and will work closely with Chief Data Office Leadership to deliver a reimagined future state enabled by innovative use of technology and agile ways of working. Desirable experience will be: Demonstrate previous experience of carrying out a similar role within the financial services sector. Experience in managing a technical team within a Data or IT function.
