Quality & Environment Co-Ordinator This role is open to be based at the following sites - Teesside, Stoke, Birmingham, High Wycombe. Permanent, Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) _________________________________________________________________________________ Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Quality & Environmental Co Ordinator to develop, implement, and improve our Quality & Environmental Management Systems. You?ll work with stakeholders to enhance processes using quality metrics, audits, and compliance measures, ensuring our products and services exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include monitoring, reporting, and maintaining compliance through effective sampling and record retention. What you?ll do; Maintain and update quality & environmental documentation, databases, and company intranet Assist in managing QA&E systems, subscriptions, and accreditations Handle compliance administration, including customer questionnaires and regulatory inquiries. Oversee calibration of test equipment, coordinating with internal teams and external providers. Support inspections, audits, and assessments of processes, products, and projects. Prepare statistical reports for QA&E analysis and decision-making. Monitor and review supplier and subcontractor QA&E compliance. Manage the Customer Dissatisfaction database and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Act as Key User for the Qualcy database, generating reports as needed. Represent QA&E in meetings and reviews to drive quality and environmental standards. Promote health & safety compliance, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. What You Bring to the Role: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate across teams and with external parties. Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage compliance tasks, inspections, and customer inquiries efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative attitude. Knowledge of compliance and financial regulations, particularly SOX and group policies. Knowledge Google Suite would be an advantage.
