We provide a wide range of business customers with working capital support to aid cash-flow and growth. You will play a key role in keeping the Bank safe and in supporting our existing Invoice Finance customers and Invoice Finance Relationship Managers. What you?ll be doing Assisting Invoice Finance Relationship Managers with the onboarding of new Invoice Finance customers. Timely and accurate processing of CHAPS and currency payments and dealing with general administration relating to Invoice Finance facilities. Processing customers month end sales ledger reconciliation returns as part of our wider risk management strategy to keep us safe. Calculating and updating reserves to ensure accurate funding is available to our customers. Interacting with customers for prompt query resolution. Challenge, improve and streamline existing processes. Handling multiple tasks and prioritising workload. Interacting with various bank teams (Payment operations & Finance). We need you to have Experience or knowledge of Invoice Finance Operations. Knowledge of key Invoice Finance risk areas and security of debt. Strong analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly, able to work as part of a team. Experience of dealing directly with customers. Diligence & accuracy. Be a self-starter, well organised and able to work independently on complex tasks and deliver high quality results. Ability to work in a fast-paced change environment. It?s a bonus if you have but not essential Relevant Industry qualifications, e.g., UK Finance Asset Based Lending certification (foundation / certificate level). Good knowledge of Lenvi ?Riskfactor?
