The role holder will have the responsibility of owning and shaping complex items of work whilst ensuring strong and effective stakeholder relationships are established and maintained. The role holder will be required to work closely with the business and development teams through the full software development lifecycle, to deliver change that meets the needs of our customers within the Banking regulatory framework. What you?ll be doing Progress and deliver business analysis activities such as requirement gathering/ approval, business impact assessments, support design discussions, training and operational readiness tasks Identify, engage, and work with internal / external stakeholders and suppliers to establish requirements /user stories, undertake impact assessment of the change, and define acceptance criteria Assess options and consider the business impact for innovative business solutions Have the ability to depict, re-design and develop business processes and procedures including involvement in Risk Analysis Identify risks of recommended solutions and propose ways to manage those risks Ensure traceability between agreed requirements and the completed design Support implementation/roll out planning activities Act in accordance with any regulatory body requirements/ guidance as appropriate We need you to have Significant Business Analysis experience within regulatory change and a proven track record of delivering high quality artefacts on budget and on time is essential. Knowledge of regulatory driven change with an ability to assist in interpreting regulations into business requirements Experience of producing high quality ?as-is? and ?to-be? diagrams to map out business processes and the change to be delivered Proven experience in working with Data and Risk modelling and reporting projects, to regulatory standards and timeframes Knowledge in analysing data to facilitate informed decision making Experience of customer management and product application Risk decisioning and calculation systems Evidence of excellent understanding and application of a range of business analysis techniques and change methodologies, specifically Agile ways of working Evidence of working at all stages within a standard project lifecycle Ability to manage relationships with business partners and 3rd parties The ability to think strategically and deliver pragmatically Red Hot Rewards Generous holidays - 38.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays and prorated if Part?Time) plus the option to buy more.
