What You?ll Be Doing: Business Partnering & Strategy Act as a translator between finance and our portfolio of businesses, simplifying complex financial data for key stakeholders. Support the M&A team in assessing acquisition opportunities from a payments perspective. Partner with senior leaders to drive commercial success, improve performance, and maximize growth opportunities. Keep the CFO informed on business performance, identifying key risks and opportunities. Financial Ownership & Forecasting Take full ownership of financial results and forecasts for the Solutions pillar. Challenge budgets and forecasts, ensuring they?re data-driven and evidence-based. Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly financial forecasting. Deliver high-quality financial analysis for executive and board-level reporting. Continuously improve management information (MI) and reporting, focusing on leading and lagging indicators. Leadership & Team Development Lead and develop FP&A resources, ensuring strong financial planning across the business. Work closely with the Finance Shared Services team to optimize accounting and transaction processing. What We?re Looking For: Qualified finance professional with 7-10 years PQE. Proven experience in a finance leadership role within payments or financial services. Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills. A strategic thinker who can influence decision-making and drive commercial change. Highly data-driven, with excellent Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Planful, Power BI (preferred). Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines.
