The Role Involves: Conduct accurate property valuations for a wide range of property types, including residential, investment, portfolio, and mixed-use properties. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including homeowners, investors, solicitors, and developers, ensuring a high standard of service. Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, including detailed market appraisals, condition assessments, and recommendations, in line with industry standards and legal requirements. Offer expert advice on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and market conditions to clients. Ensure that all valuations and activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards. Support the team in expanding the company?s client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
