The difference you will make as a Wellbeing & Events Coordinator You will be responsible for promoting an active and enabling environment, providing a focal point for customers and the local community. Playing a key role in the development and implementation of a range of initiatives, activities and events that encourage resident and community participation to promote independence, reduce isolation and enhance the quality of life through social activities, lifelong learning and wellbeing, preventative health and active ageing within the scheme. This role will be working alongside a 22.5 hour a week existing Wellbeing & Events Coordinator. About you We are looking for someone with (to be taken from essential criteria) Experience of working with vulnerable customer within a housing and/or support environment Good communication and conflict resolution skills Experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders IT skills to include basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn specific IT systems used at Riverside Why Riverside?
