Job Title: Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance Team Leader) Location: Plymouth Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon - Thur) Salary: 29,250 Total Salary Overtime An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance) to join our company to carry out planned refrigeration case maintenance programme across several retail site locations Key Responsibilities: Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units. Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team. To ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales. To work in a manner to support the achievement of company KPIs Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times. Qualifications / Experience: Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is essential. The ideal candidate: Willingness to work night shifts (Essential) Speed efficiency whilst maintaining quality of work. Customer focused and self motivated. Flexible and adaptable attitude to job role.
